SHIPPING
We use UPS, Fed Ex, and Post Office. Next day, 2nd day, and 3 day select are offered. All orders are shipped from our factory in Merrillville, IN. If you have questions regarding shipping please call 219-947-3070
INCORRECT ITEMS SENT
All orders must be check when receive, any claims must be made within 2 business days of UPS or FedEX confirmation receipt. We do our best to correctly pick your order; if it is our mistake we will send a call tag to pick up the item and will ship the new product at no extra charge original package. Please pack product in the original box with packing materials and a call tag will be issued for pickup. All product must be unopened and original packaging. The correct product with be shipped within a week of call tag confirmation.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not held responsible for delay of shipment due to natural disasters, shipping carrier delays that are caused by weather, labor disputes, refusal of package.
REFUSED ORDERS
If the order is refused without prior authorization the purchaser will be liable for a 20 percent restocking fee and the original shipping charge. If product is lost in returning to our company purchaser is responsible for the full charge.
SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect Indiana Sales Tax from Indiana residents of 7%.
